The Bookmarks is a list 3D models customized and saved by you so you can pick up where you left off anytime in BodyMap. The thumbnail of each course shows an overview of which region is selected. You can select it to access the course content.
[fs-toc-h2]Bookmarks Menu
The Bookmarks Menu is a panel on your left hand which displays a list of 3D models you customized and saved in BodyMap.
- Bookmarks Tab: Select to display a list of your saved customized 3D models
- Region Filter: Select to open a dropdown of 9 body regions to choose from
- Add Bookmark Button: Select to add the current 3D model in the scene as a bookmark. You’ll be asked to take a thumbnail for this bookmark.
- Bookmark: Each bookmark displays its title, and the date it was added. Select a bookmark to access your previously saved customized 3D model
- Edit: Select to edit the bookmark’s thumbnail and name
- Delete: Select to delete the bookmark

A bookmark is a 3D model with customized body regions and structures that is saved by you.
💡Note:
The annotations, including brushes and pins, you made to the 3D model will not be saved in a bookmark.
How to add a new bookmark
Step 1: In Lobby, select “Open Body” option
Step 2: In the Main Menu, select the Bookmarks tab
Step 3: Select the + New button to add a new bookmark of your current, customized 3D model
Step 4: Take a thumbnail for the bookmark by pressing your right controller’s Trigger
We automatically give your newly added bookmark a default title. You can edit the title by selecting the “Edit” (pen) icon near the bookmark.
How to access an existing bookmark
Step 1: In the Main Menu, select the Bookmarks tab
Step 2: Select a bookmark from the bookmark list
You can then observe your previously customized 3D model, and select any structure to open its Flashcard for more information.
How to edit an existing bookmark
Step 1: In the Main Menu, select the Bookmarks tab
Step 2: Select the “Edit” (pen) icon of a bookmark in the bookmark list
Step 3: Edit the thumbnail or title of the bookmark
- Edit Thumbnail: Select the existing thumbnail to take a new one for the bookmark
- Edit Title: Select the existing title to type a new title for the bookmark
Step 4: Select the Save button
How to delete an existing bookmark
Step 1: In the Main Menu, select the Bookmarks tab
Step 2: Select the “Delete” (trash) icon of a bookmark in the bookmark list
